Bluesun has a developed and a unique employee incentive system based upon continuous monitoring of our guests’ satisfaction. Survey of guest satisfaction with provided services in Bluesun hotels is conducted unannounced three times a month in the period between 01 June and 15 October for three main reasons:
  • because Bluesun cares for its guest’s opinion,
  • in order to reward employees who stand out,
  • to attain improvement.

At the end of the tourist season, at a ceremony at which Sunce Koncern employees are present, rewards are publicly granted, following the results of the guests’ satisfaction surveys, in the following categories: Best hotel company of the Sunce Koncern, Best Bluesun hotel, and Best Hotel Department – Kitchen, Restaurant, Bar, Reception, Housekeeping and other.

In addition to employees from the awarded categories, three more employees who have been most praised in the surveys are awarded as well as several other employees for particular contribution in the tourist season.
