• The Island of Brač museum is one of the most visited Croatian museums, with approx. 12000 visitors annually. Foundations of the Radojković tower were built 1500 years A.C. On the main Škrip square there is a castle of Cerinić family from 16th century.

• Pure white limestone from the quarries near Pucisca on the island of Brač was used to build the White House. Also, long before that, it was used by Roman Emperor Diocletian’s slaves and transported to Split to build his palace.
