Drive across the island's sun-bleached interior to reach Bol, home to Zlatni Rat, a remarkable pebble cape that extends into the sea and slowly changes shape with the currents. Starigrad-Paklenica
Head north along the coast to Starigrad-Paklenica, the gateway to Paklenica National Park. Here, deep limestone canyons carve into the southern slopes of the Velebit mountains — one of Croatia's most dramatic natural landscapes. Park the car, lace up your shoes, and walk into something genuinely wild.
