Experience a combination of rich history and natural beauty of Dalmatia. The charming town of Šibenik has a hidden gem – the stone cathedral of St. Jakov, which is on the UNESCO list of cultural heritage. This is followed by a visit to the Krka National Park, where you can enjoy the untouched nature by walking along a labyrinth of wooden trails and forest paths that lead to beautiful waterfalls and crystal-clear lakes.

A showcase of historical heritage and pristine nature

Šibenik is the oldest native Croatian town on the Adriatic, first mentioned in 1066. It is home to the Cathedral of St. James, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its unique construction entirely from stone and its remarkable 71 sculpted faces on the apses. The city also boasts four impressive fortresses, with St. Michael’s Fortress offering panoramic views over the old town and archipelago.

Located about 20 km inland, Krka National Park covers an area of 109 square kilometers along the Krka River. The park features seven waterfalls, including the famous Skradinski Buk, a 17-step cascade stretching over 800 meters. The area is rich in biodiversity, with over 850 plant species and numerous bird and fish species. Visitors can explore the park via wooden walkways, and highlights include the 14th-century Visovac Monastery and traditional water mills.
