Bluesun Hotels are located 10 to 100 meters from the beach. Most hotels are right on the beach.

You can come to all our hotels and resorts with 1 dog (not valid for Bluesun Holiday Village Alan), weighing up to 15 kg. Except in Camping Paklenica, where 3 dogs are allowed. [Read more]

All Bluesun Hotels have outdoor pools, except for the Hotels Marina and Kaštelet. Heated outdoor pools are available at Hotels Berulia, Bonaca, Jadran, and Soline.

Hotels Alga, Elaphusa, and Soline have heated indoor pools.

In Holiday Village Alan, the heated indoor pool is part of the wellness & spa center and comes at an additional charge.

Het Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa in Bol is bij uitstek geschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers. Het hotel beschikt over een oprit bij de receptie en aangepaste kamers, met een breedte van 100 cm bij zowel de toegangsdeur als de badkamerdeur.

Brela en Tučepi aan de Makarska Riviera staan bekend om hun schilderachtige kiezelstranden, zoals Punta Rata in Brela. De nabijgelegen Biokovo berg is rijk aan wandelpaden en beschikt over de spectaculaire Skywalk. Je kunt ook deelnemen aan georganiseerde excursies naar historische Dalmatische steden zoals Split of Trogir.

Bol op het eiland Brač staat bekend om het strand Zlatni Rat. Je kunt ook een wandeling maken naar Vidova Gora, de hoogste top van de Adriatische eilanden, waar je een panoramisch uitzicht hebt over Zlatni Rat, Hvar en zelfs Italië. In Bol staat een Dominicaans klooster, terwijl in de nabije omgeving de Blaca Hermitage ligt.

Starigrad-Paklenica is een ideaal startpunt voor een bezoek aan het Nationaal Park Paklenica, populair onder wandelaars en klimmers. Vlakbij ligt de spectaculaire canyon van de rivier Zrmanja, en je kunt ook excursies maken naar nationale parken zoals Krka of Plitvice Meren.

The island of Brač can be reached by ferry and catamaran. The ferry from Split to Supetar on the island of Brač departs on average every two hours during the high season, while the ferry from Makarska to Sumartin departs several times a day. The catamaran from Split to Bol departs once a day according to the valid sailing schedule of Jadrolinija.

The nearest airports to our hotels are in Split and on the island of Brač. A shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa can be arranged via the Bluesun Reservation Center. The price of the transfer depends on the number of passengers. [Read more]

In all Bluesun Hotels, check-in time is from 3 pm, while check-out is by 11 am. The exception is Camping Paklenica where check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am.

Early Check-In
Early check-in is available subject to room availability, at an additional charge of 50% of the first night’s rate.

Late Check-Out
Late check-out is available until 6:00 PM, subject to availability and seasonal conditions:

€20.00 per hour from January 1 – June 30 and September 1 – December 31

€50.00 per hour from July 1 – August 31

In almost all Bluesun Hotels, meals are served buffet style. An exception is the Heritage Hotel Kaštelet, where breakfast is served à la carte and dinner is a 4-course meal.

In Camping Paklenica, there is no option to pay extra for meals. Guests can only book accommodation.

All-inclusive service in Bluesun Hotel Neptun includes 4 meals a day, unlimited consumption of homemade soft and alcoholic drinks available at the all-inclusive bar, daily and evening entertainment for children and adults, use of swimming pool, parasols and deck chairs by the pool, and various sports activities, according to the animation program. Meals are varied and tailored to guests with food/gluten allergies, vegetarians, vegans, diabetics and people with special dietary needs. Dietary requirements must be specified at the time of booking, so that we can provide the required service during your stay.

Half-board service includes only breakfast and dinner service. Drinks available at the buffet during breakfast (hot drinks – coffee, tea, juices and water) are included in the price, while all other drinks are available at an additional cost according to the valid price list of the hotel restaurant. If you arrive at the hotel after the buffet restaurant closes, a cold dinner will be provided. To arrange a cold dinner, you must inform the hotel reception in advance of the exact time of your check-in.

Ja, kinderen verblijven gratis in alle Bluesun hotels. De leeftijdsgrens waaronder kinderen gratis verblijven is tot 2,99, 11,99 of 13,99 jaar, afhankelijk van het hotel. In de Bluesun familiehotels is de leeftijdsgrens 13,99 jaar. Kinderen moeten worden begeleid door volwassenen.

Animation for guests includes sports animation for adults (morning exercise, aerobics, aqua aerobics, various sports tournaments – football, beach volleyball, boules), children's animation in the daytime and evening (mini club and mini disco), and evening program for adults. Children under the age of 5 can participate in all children’s activities only with parental supervision.

A baby crib can be reserved with extra charge upon arrival at the Hotel reception or by calling the Reservation Center at +385 1 3844 288. Please have your reservation code ready.

High chairs for children are available upon request in all hotel restaurants.

Children’s animation is available in all Bluesun Hotels. The most extensive animation programs for children are at Bonaca, Marina, Afrodita, Alga, Neptun, and Alan hotels.

In alle familiehotels van Bluesun zijn er kamers die geschikt zijn voor gezinnen. Superior kamers zijn geschikt voor gezinnen van drie of vier personen, afhankelijk van het hotel. Familiekamers zijn geschikt voor gezinnen van vier tot zes personen. Verbindingskamers zijn beschikbaar in de Bluesun hotels Elaphusa, Marina en Soline, evenals in Holiday Village Bonaca en Afrodita.

All rooms, as well as mobile homes in Camping Paklenica, are air conditioned.

The room on the sea side is oriented towards the sea, but the view can be obstructed by vegetation or part of the hotel building located between the hotel and the coast. Room with a sea view has a direct and unobstructed sea view.

All rooms at Bluesun hotels are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

The prices are the same for reservations made via the website or the Reservation Center. However, we recommend booking through the Bluesun website as it is the simplest and fastest method.

Rooms are allocated based on availability, so it is only possible to book a room type. We will forward your preferences to the reception staff, and they will do their best to accommodate them if possible.

Outdoor parking is provided for all Bluesun Hotels guests, at an additional cost of €10/day. Payment for parking is made at the hotel reception upon arrival.

Deck chairs and parasols by the hotel pools are free for hotel guests, while on the beach they are charged by private concessionaires. Towels can be rented at most Bluesun hotels.

The wellness service can be booked with the basic accommodation reservation service. In Bluesun Hotels, wellness services are charged according to the valid price list. In most Bluesun Hotels, wellness and spa services can be used as an external guest, at an additional cost.

Reservations can be changed and cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions when making a reservation. For any additional information, feel free to contact the Bluesun Reservation Center at +38513844288.

Deposit payment in the amount of 10% of the total reservation value is required if the reservation is made for 4 or more rooms:

- through the same email address,
- under the same name of the holder,
- for one or more hotels in the same or nearly the same period,
- using the same credit card for guarantee.

The deposit must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival at the property. If the arrival is within 30 days of making the reservation, the deposit must be paid immediately.

In case of cancellation or no-show at the hotel, regardless of the reservation terms, the deposit is non-refundable.
