Omiš

Omiš sits at the mouth of the Cetina River, beneath steep limestone cliffs that give the town one of the most dramatic settings on the Dalmatian coast. Above the rooftops stands Mirabela Fortress, once used as a lookout over the Channel of Brač, while higher Fortica rewards visitors with wide views of the canyon, the sea and nearby islands.
