Advance payment when making a reservation is possible by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners) or bank transfer, while at the hotel reception payment can be made by card and cash.
The cost of cancelling a reservation depends on the applicable terms and conditions at the time of making the reservation. If the reservation is made according to the regular price list, it can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the confirmed arrival date. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival, the cost of one night will be charged, while in case of no-show the total amount of the reservation will be charged. If the reservation is made according to the special price list, it is necessary to pay 30% of the non-refundable advance, while the rest is paid at the reception.
If you are prevented from coming due to illness or force majeure, then with the presented medical documentation we provide you with a voucher for the amount of the paid deposit and it can be used in the same destination until the end of the next calendar year.
