Culinary festival was held from 7th to 10th of April in Svpetrvs hotels, where large competition consisted of cooks from many neighbor countries.

Apart from competition between culinary teams, each country represented its food producers and national specialities. Karlo Kraljevic from Bluesun hotel Elaphusa won silver in pasta category. Awarded dish was home made spinach noodles with shrimp tails and octopus in wine and shrimp sauce.

Bernard Busic, also part of Elaphusa's team, won bronze in same category with his home made black ravioli filled with shrimps, toasted almonds, parmegano and cauliflower sauce.

Biser mora festival, which is organized by Association of Chefs from Mediterranean and European Regions under the sponsorship of Ministry of Tourism, has been gathering culinary experts for few years already. We are truly proud of our chefs and we wish them more success in further work!
